celebr\u00f3 en Lisboa, Portugal, del 23 al 25 de septiembre de 2026.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El presidente del TSC, Ricardo Alfredo Montes, el magistrado Jorge Medina y la gerente de Gesti\u00f3n de Procesos y Planificaci\u00f3n Institucional, Yumila D\u00edaz, representaron al ente contralor del Estado en el encuentro internacional de alto nivel.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El Tribunal de Cuentas de Portugal acogi\u00f3 el evento el cual abord\u00f3 las \u00abPrincipales tendencias en la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y la implicaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil en la labor de las Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (EFS)\u00bb.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1c8e9a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a1c8e9a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bfe0aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6bfe0aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La XI Conferencia Conjunta reuni\u00f3 a l\u00edderes y profesionales de las EFS, representantes de organizaciones internacionales y regionales, expertos y miembros de la sociedad civil, con el objetivo de servir como una valiosa plataforma para el establecimiento de contactos y la colaboraci\u00f3n, potenciando la labor de las EFS para prestar un mejor servicio a los ciudadanos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Las sesiones plenarias se centrar\u00e1n en la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y las interacciones con las EFS, as\u00ed como en el compromiso de la sociedad civil y las experiencias correspondientes de las EFS.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, la conferencia cont\u00f3 con una serie de talleres sobre la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana a lo largo del ciclo de auditor\u00eda, concretamente: la comunicaci\u00f3n con los ciudadanos y la selecci\u00f3n de temas, la planificaci\u00f3n de la auditor\u00eda, la ejecuci\u00f3n de la misma y, por \u00faltimo, las recomendaciones y los procedimientos de seguimiento.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Durante tres d\u00edas se programaron espacios de di\u00e1logo, cooperaci\u00f3n e intercambio de experiencias, con la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y el compromiso de la sociedad civil como ejes principales del encuentro.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Con la participaci\u00f3n del TSC en conferencias de alto prestigio internacional suma al cumplimiento del compromiso institucional de fortalecer la labor de fiscalizaci\u00f3n en articulaci\u00f3n con organizaciones de la sociedad
