Ramdin, reafirmando la relevancia regional de este espacio de cooperaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n en materia de lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En la Reuni\u00f3n se adoptaron los informes de Ecuador y Trinidad y Tobago, adem\u00e1s la agenda contempl\u00f3 el intercambio de buenas pr\u00e1cticas y desarrollos sobre la prevenci\u00f3n y combate del flagelo de la corrupci\u00f3n como el delito cibern\u00e9tico.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La corrupci\u00f3n y los delitos cibern\u00e9ticos est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s vinculados, por ello en la reuni\u00f3n del MESICIC las diversas representaciones de instituciones y de los Estados miembro contaron con un espacio de intercambio y di\u00e1logo t\u00e9cnico para analizar los desaf\u00edos de estos fen\u00f3menos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Investigar casos de corrupci\u00f3n con componentes digitales requiere nuevas capacidades para el an\u00e1lisis de evidencia electr\u00f3nica, rastreo de operaciones digitales y cooperaci\u00f3n para obtener informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las fronteras.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Los temas analizados en la 6.\u00aa Ronda buscan fortalecer medidas relativas a que las empresas mantengan controles contables, que los pagos por sumas de corrupci\u00f3n no reciban un trato fiscal favorable, la tipificaci\u00f3n del soborno transnacional, el enriquecimiento il\u00edcito, la extradici\u00f3n por actos de corrupci\u00f3n y que el secreto bancario no sea un impedimento para la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El MESICIC constituye el mecanismo intergubernamental mediante el cual los Estados Parte eval\u00faan entre pares la implementaci\u00f3n de la Convenci\u00f3n Interamericana contra la Corrupci\u00f3n, intercambian buenas pr\u00e1cticas, identifican avances y desaf\u00edos y formulan recomendaciones orientadas al fortalecimiento de los marcos jur\u00eddicos, las instituciones y las capacidades nacionales para prevenir y combatir la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La participaci\u00f3n de Honduras permite dar continuidad al seguimiento de los compromisos asumidos en el marco de la Convenci\u00f3n y contribuir activamente a las discusiones t\u00e9cnicas del Comit\u00e9, fortaleciendo la cooperaci\u00f3n regional y el intercambio de experiencias entre los Estados.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El TSC reafirma as\u00ed su compromiso de traducir los compromisos internacionales anticorrupci\u00f3n en acciones y resultados a nivel nacional.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El magistrado presidente Ricardo Alfredo Montes durante la 46.\u00aa Reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Expertos del MESICIC, en Washington Washington.
