represent\u00f3 al Tribunal Superior de Cuentas (TSC) en un taller t\u00e9cnico celebrado en Santiago, Chile, con el prop\u00f3sito de robustecer las capacidades de las Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (EFS), de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El taller fue coordinado por la Organizaci\u00f3n Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (OLACEFS), celebrado del 27 al 29 de agosto en la sede de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica de Chile.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La jornada reuni\u00f3 a autoridades de las EFS de la regi\u00f3n, el TSC fue representado por el magistrado Montes N\u00e1jera, acompa\u00f1ado de su asesor Juan Gabriel Mart\u00ednez.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El taller se ofreci\u00f3 con el objetivo de fomentar y fortalecer la cooperaci\u00f3n entre las EFS de la OLACEFS en materia de capacitaci\u00f3n, con el fin de robustecer sus capacidades.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Asimismo, otorgar herramientas de formaci\u00f3n a las EFS de la OLACEFS en materia de capacitaci\u00f3n de adultos, Igualdad de G\u00e9nero, Estrategias de comunicaci\u00f3n y Uso de an\u00e1lisis masivo de datos y Medio Ambiente, entre otros;<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Igualmente, para apoyar el proceso de desarrollo del Diagn\u00f3stico de Necesidades de Capacitaci\u00f3n y capacitar sobre la metodolog\u00eda del Programa de Gasto P\u00fablico y Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas (PEFA), con enfoque en gesti\u00f3n financiera con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero (GRPFM) y sobre la gesti\u00f3n financiera p\u00fablica sensible al clima.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La agenda comprendi\u00f3 un espacio de reflexiones sobre Diagn\u00f3stico de Necesidades de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Detecci\u00f3n de Necesidades Iniciativa de Desarrollo de la INTOSAI, un Taller \u201cCambio Clim\u00e1tico\u201d, a cargo de un consultor del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) y un Taller sobre el \u201cDesarrollo de Capacidades en materia G\u00e9nero\u201d Comisi\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero, Inclusi\u00f3n y Diversidad (CGID).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, un Taller sobre el \u201cDesarrollo de Capacidades en materia G\u00e9nero\u201d, coordinado por la Comisi\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero, Inclusi\u00f3n y Diversidad (CGID), el abordaje del tema \u201cTransformaci\u00f3n Digital\u201d, facilitado por el Tribunal de Cuentas de la Uni\u00f3n de Brasil (Virtual), y el Programa de Gasto P\u00fablico y Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas Financieras (PEFA).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Finalmente, se imparti\u00f3 el tema Metodolog\u00edas \u00c1giles y para la Gesti\u00f3n para toma de Decisiones, a cargo de la GIZ, la experiencia de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica de Chile, resultados preliminares de consultor\u00eda DNC, Diagn\u00f3stico y Plan de Capacitaci\u00f3n, concluyendo con la firma del
